Izaak Smith through to 'So You Think You Can Dance' Finals
I just watched Izaak dance on TV. Amazing, amazing job.
I've never seen him dance better. One of the judges said "I don't see you as a hip-hop dancer; I see you as a dancer."
I couldn't have said it better myself.
Congratulations Izaak. Way to represent Prince George. We'll all be watching you during the finals.

Cougars Countdown to Camp with Kevin Armstrong

Cougars Countdown to Camp with Justin Maylan
There is little doubt that Justin Maylan will be counted on to produce offensively for the Prince George Cougars during the upcoming 2008-2009 WHL season. Maylan was the centerpiece coming back from the Moose Jaw Warriors in the deadline deal that saw Ty Wishart and Evan Fuller go the other way to the Warriors.

The Last Lecture - Randy Pausch
Randy Pausch passed away this morning.
He's the famed Carnegie Mellon University computer scientist who delivered a moving "Last Lecture" in September, 2007, resulting in over 3 million views on YouTube. His talk was titled "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams."
