Izaak Smith to Perform at Cougars Game

The Prince George Cougars are pleased to announce that local So You Think You Can Dance Canada competitor, Izaak Smith, will perform at the December 17th home game as the Cougars take on the Kamloops Blazers. Smith, who made it to the final six, will go on tour with the show in the New Year.

“We are so excited to have Izaak perform at our Teddy Bear Toque Toss game,” said Business Manager Brandi Brodsky. “We know that our fans enjoy seeing local talent at the games and being that Teddy Bear Toque Toss is one of the biggest games of the season, it’s perfect timing that Izaak can join us that night.”

Teddy Bear Toque Toss is an annual event where bears and toques are collected to benefit The Salvation Army and RCMP Victim Services. Fans are invited to throw the donations on the ice when the Cougars score their first goal. Group tickets are available by calling Amy Erickson at 250-561-0783.
