HAIR tells the story of The Tribe, a group of politically active, long-haired hippies living a bohemian life in New York City while fighting against conscription into the Vietnam War. A celebration of life, a love letter to freedom and a passionate cry for hope and change, HAIR features some of the greatest songs ever written for the stage. Phenomenal musical numbers include “Aquarius,” “Good Morning Starshine,” “I Believe in Love,” “Hair,” and “Let the Sunshine In.” One of the most popular Broadway productions of its time and now a Tony Award winner for Best Revival of a Musical, HAIR possesses a vitality and a message that transcends the time period.
