Event Details:
The Canadian Diabetes Association, Northern BC Region, will host a community picnic on Sunday, June 20, 2010 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Rainbow Park, Ospika Blvd, Prince George. For $10 per person, a choice of hamburger, sandwich or wrap will be available with veggies, fruit dessert and beverages. Children under 3 years eat free. Other highlights of the event include a clown and games for kids, entertainment and a silent auction. Proceeds from the community picnic will benefit local diabetes education and research.
