Cirque Sublime brings with them a combination of dazzling, high-flying, and visually stunning performances entitled Pendulum - It's About Time. Pendulum combines such elements as The Russian Swing, the Flying Trapeze, Ariel Skills and Ariel Hoop. Cirque Sublime celebrates the best elements of the modern circus. Children and adults will marvel at the stunning displays of special effects, death-defying stunts, and improbable level of athletic ability. All family members, no matter what their ages, will leave the show feeling as though they have seen something tremendously special.

This innovative show is sure to impress everyone, from dance aficionados to theatre-lovers, from gymnastics fans to the kid in all of us who wanted, at one point, to run away and join the circusespecially if that kid is still alive and well inside a big kid.
For nearly 10 years, Cirque Sublime has been thrilling international audiences with their astonishing shows. Their newest show, Pendulum, which combines such elements as The Russian Swing (where performers are propelled by a large swing, from which they leap into a net while performing an array of acrobatic stunts), the Flying Trapeze (what most of us think of when the word acrobat is mentioned), Ariel Silks and Ariel Hoop. Also thrown into this complex mix are elements of modern and contemporary Dance and World-renowned hand-balancing duo Acrobazia.
Acrobazia is comprised two performers, Christian Paquet and Jean-Francois Martel, and was created in 1991. Since that time, this duo has been travelling the world and captivating audiences with the combination of athleticism and showmanship evident in their unforgettable shows.
Their act is a display of gravity-defying poses, choreographed to music that complements perfectly their graceful (and seemingly impossible) moves. They have performed at such widely viewed events has Super Bowl XXXIV, and the NBA Halftime Show. Acrobazia has performed worldwide, and is now joining with Cirque Sublime to bring their Pendulum show to Prince George.
