Blues Underground Network Assists Young Musicians

On Wednesday, May 7, the Blues Underground Network donated 10 acoustic guitars to 10 students from Mr. Toyata's Guitar class at Duchess Park Secondary School. As well, Blues Underground is providing those students with extra guitar lessons which will be taught by David Rubadeau from Sound Entertainment.

Cougars Select Forsberg 11th Overall

With their first selection, 11th overall in the 2008 WHL Bantam Draft, the Prince George Cougars are pleased to announce that they have selected defenceman Jesse Forsberg from Waldheim, Saskatchewan. Forsberg is 6'0" and weighs 175 pounds. He spent the 2007/2008 season with the Warman Wildcats Bantam AA.

Huble Homestead Seeking Summer Staff

Huble Homestead Historic Site is currently seeking an individual to fill the position of Heritage Interpreter. This is a temporary full time position for 37.5 hours/week from May 2 to September 1.
